Redemptions let you exchange reUSD back into the underlying asset, which depends on the chain (typically sUSDe), either instantly (if liquidity allows) or through the redemption queue. reUSD redemptions are open as long as the regulatory minimum capital requirement for reinsurance contracts inforce is met, while reUSDe can only be redeemed during quarterly windows or via secondary liquidity on Curve.
